Our "Universal" Remote
actually lives up to its name

The TCI Digital Cable universal remote is your tool to navigate through Digital Cable. With it, you have complete control of all your entertainment options. This one remote controls your TV, stereo and the TCI Digital Cable set top box. The function of each button is detailed below.

 
  1. Device Selector
    Lets you switch between Digital Cable and other video equipment.
  2. Help
    Press to get helpful information.
  3. Power
    Turns the selected device on or off.
  4. Mute
    Turns sound on or off.
  5. Page Up
    Press to move up a page at a time through menu screens and the program guide.
  6. Lock
    Press to bring up Parental Control screen to restrict viewing of a program, channel or rating.
  7. Page Down
    Press to move down a page at a time through menu screens and the program guide.
  8. Exit
    Press at any time to return to watching TV.
  9. Info
    Press to see a description of the show you're watching or to find out more about a program listing.
  10. Arrows
    Press to move around in a menu or guide screen. Also, press any arrow to access the Browse feature.
  1. OK
    Press to select a highlighted item. Press to show or remove the Flip bar.
  2. Guide
    Press to see the program guide.
  3. Menu
    Press to enter and exit the navigator main menu.
  4. Volume
    Press to control volume.
  5. Last
    Press to return to the previous screen or channel.
  6. Favorite
    Press to turn favorite channel mode on or off and to scan through your favorite channels.
  7. Channel
    Press to change channel.
  8. Day Back
    While in Browse or a listings menu, press to see the listing for the previous day.
  9. Day Forward
    While in Browse or a listings menu, press to see the listing for the next day.
  10. Channel Buttons
    Use these buttons to tune directly to a specific station.
  11. Music
    Press to enter the DMX music menu.
