An image of our hot water parts washer.
  • Step 1.  Every core is carefully checked, disassembled and cleaned in our environmentally safe hot-water parts wash.
  • Step 2.  Parts are wheelabrated(*) to give a new appearance.
    • (*) A process similar to sandblasting that uses tiny steel spheres instead of sand.

This is one of our employees painting alternator parts to prevent corrosion.
  • Step 3.  Many of the parts are painted to control rust and corrosion.
  • Step 4.  Each refurbished housing is checked thoroughly and reassembled. Each rebuilder is responsible for every unit they rebuild.  All units are Quality Checked at each stage of the rebuilding process.

  • Step 5.  Each unit is tested for maximum output of electricity. This test covers voltage as well as amperage.  Then they are carefully numbered, boxed and sent to stock, or used right away to fill orders.
  • Step 6.  Our large stock room carries over 5,000 units that allow us to fill most any order that comes in.  Most orders are pulled, filled and shipped within two days.
