Select "Preferences" from the Browser's "Edit" menu.

Select "Navigator" from the menu on the left. In the space marked "Home Page Location" type (or cut and paste from the location bar): "http://www.tcities.com/YOUR CITY/YOUR CITY.html"

Click on the "Okay" button and your finished!

Netscape Navigator (all versions prior to 4.0)

Go online and type: "http://www.tcities.com" in your browser's location bar. Press "Return".

Pick your Oregon T-CITY from the map and click on it. You will see your T-CITIES HOME PAGE.
