When an envelope appears in the upper right corner of the navigator main menu, you have a message. Messages are sent from TCI Digital Cable or Prevue Interactive regarding programming changes, special promotions or other things that affect your service.

• To read your message, highlight the Messages bar and press the OK button.
• Then use the UP or DOWN button to highlight the message and press the OK button. The text of the mesage will then appear on your screen.
• Save the message by highlighting the KEEP bar and pressing the OK button.
• Delete the message by highlighting the Delete bar and pressing the OK button.
